Ace Sanitation’s expert service personnel thoroughly clean
and inspect your system with each visit. Grease traps need
to be serviced regularly to significantly reduce the
suspended solids that can flow into the public sewer system.
If these solids build up beyond the interceptor’s capacity
and specifications, a surcharge maybe leveled by your local
sewer district because allowable suspended solids were

Video Camera Line
Inspection: | |
Drain lines cannot be properly inspected by visual
inspection. Ace Sanitation has state-of-the-art inline Video
Camera that allows Ace to inspect and record the interior of
the drain lines. We now have a record of the inspection that
allows us to properly and confidently locate and diagnose
otherwise difficult problems deep in your drain lines. The
end result is a narrated recording that can be reviewed and
to determine the proper method to fix the blockage, break or
other obstructions.

High Pressure Jetting: | |
Specialized equipment for cleaning blocked drain lines,
grease traps and sewer mains. The High Pressure Jetter
cleans lines from 3” to 24” with 3,000 pounds of pressure
per square inch and 40 gallons of water per minute flow
rate. This flow rate is capable of moving solids buildup out
of the drain.

Car Washes: | |
Our services include recycle tank pumping and cleaning,
sediment traps, waste water disposal, automated tunnel drain
cleaning, grit removal and disposal and our Customized
Maintenance Program.

Utility Man Holes: | |
We’ll remove the sediment from telephone and fiber optic
manholes and pressure wash and clean them. This provides
clean sanitary conditions for splicers and repairman

Our Confined Space Entry Van is equipped with the latest
safety equipment. Ace personnel have the latest up-to-date
training with proper safety equipment to complete the

Lift Stations: | |
We’ll remove the sediment and grit and pressure wash
pressure wash lift stations. Often pumps, located in the
lift stations, clog because of too much accumulation of
sediment.

Drain Cleaning: | |
An power rotating cable tool is inserted through the drain
line to clear blockage that causes backups. Our service
trucks carry cables to clear lines from 1 ½” to 6” in
diameter. The right tool for the right job means we spend
less time at the location and keep your cost to minimum. Ace
